Welcome to Verde Hair Lounge. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person at the salon.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Deposits
Certain colour, treatment, and extension services may require a deposit to secure your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if adequate notice is given.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the loss of your deposit and future bookings requiring full prepayment.
Consultations and Patch Tests
A consultation may be required for new clients or for major colour or extension services.
Skin/patch tests are mandatory for colour services and must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Verde Hair Lounge reserves the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been carried out or shows a reaction.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
Prices may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and time required.
We will always confirm a price estimate during your consultation before beginning your service.
Refunds and Adjustments
We strive for every client to leave happy with their hair.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 7 days so we can assess and make any reasonable adjustments.
Refunds are not typically offered for completed services but may be considered at management’s discretion.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Health and Safety
Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
Children are welcome in the salon but must be supervised at all times.
For safety reasons, no food or hot drinks should be consumed near styling stations.
Personal Belongings
We take care to protect your clothing and belongings, but Verde Hair Lounge cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items during your visit.
